As long as your hard drive is in good, working condition,
retrieving the files can be done
in a fairly decent amount of
time (depending on the amount of files)
If the hard drive is failing, the retrieval process is much more
tedious and drawn out because of the "Deep Scanning" processes.
Due to the length of time (2-3 days) of the scan and the delicacy
of your files (and of course the failing hardware), the cost is $150.

. We will not let your system out of the door without proper protection. For antvirus and all-around coverage, we recommend you set up a Windows BitDefender Antivirus program,
and purchase the software when the trial expires. This will be explained
to the customer.
