 *   There is a possibility that extra hardware may be needed to
complete the network, the cost for these devices are not

·         Full System Restore/Operating System Install:       $250.00

·                -Format hard drive

·                  -Reinstall operating system

·                  -Install all available updates 

·                    (optional updates will not be installed.)

·                  -Install antivirus software/update/configured

·                  -Install all available device drivers 

·                  -A complimentary registry/defragment scan & clean will be included for  
                      optimal system performance (a $50.00 value)  

·         note: additional hardware/software to be installed is subject to the "hardware/software installation" service cost. 

·         Backup Service:                  Up to 500 GB $60.00     to 1Tb      $100
·                  -Data can be backed up on a USB thumb drive or external hard drive (external
          media is purchased by customer.)

·                  -data can be backed up on multiple CDs or DVDs ($2.00/CD or $3.00/DVD)

·         Data Recovery: I & II

·               **I. As long as your hard drive is in good, working condition, retrieving the files can be done in a fairly decent amount of time (depending on the amount of files.)cost: $100.00

·               **II. If the hard drive is failing, the retrieval process is much more tedious and drawn out due to "deep scanning" processes. Due to the length of time (2-3 days) of the scan and the delicacy of your files (and of course the failing hardware), the cost is $250.00
